Step 5 - Attach the Forms to the Strongback

• Make the L brackets
  The forms are attached to the strongback using one L bracket for each. Cut a base from a 2x4 with a notch at the bottom for the string to go thru later:

  Then cut an upright from some leftover plywood and screw them together.
  

• Attach Bow and Stern Forms
  Screw the bow and stern forms to the first and last forms:.

   

• Put up level strings and attach the first form
  Put a string down the middle of the strongback (I attached one end to a spring so that it will always be tight. Attach sticks to both ends of the strongback and set another string 16" directly above the one on the surface of the strongback (use a plumb-bob to get it exactly above). Then screw the first L bracket in place and attach the first form to it:

  Screw on the rest of the L brackets and forms:
